This season, your support helps deliver more than meals. It delivers warmth, connection, and the comfort of knowing someone cares.

Comprehensive services designed to address hunger, isolation, and the unique needs of seniors across every community.

    Home-Delivered Meals

    Hot, nutritious meals delivered to homebound neighbors across Tarrant County, paired with a daily wellness check from a caring volunteer.

    Neighborhood Dining

    Community dining sites where seniors share a meal, conversation, and connection with neighbors. Served at 19 locations across Tarrant County.

    Pet Food Program

    Pet food and supplies for clients with animal companions, so no one has to share their meal. Delivered the second Saturday each month.

    Social Connection Visits

    Friendly visits and phone check-ins for clients who would otherwise spend the day alone. A familiar voice, a moment of being seen.

    Frozen Meal Delivery

    Weekly delivery of frozen meals for clients with dialysis, scheduled medical care, or weekend needs. Food on a schedule that works.

    Personal Care Coordination

    Every meal client is matched with a professional care coordinator who assesses needs, connects to resources, and advocates for them.

    Veterans Support

    Eligible veterans are matched with a dedicated case manager who guides them through programs and benefits earned through their service.

    Healthy Aging at Home

    A research-backed program helping clients with diabetes or nutritional risk stay healthy at home, avoiding preventable hospital visits.
